Public Sails & Private Charters from Maritime Gloucester
Schooner Ardelle: The Flagship of Maritime Gloucester, the Ardelle is a pinky schooner built by master shipbuilder, Harold Burnham. Ardelle works as a public attraction and charter boat. providing daily sailing opportunities in Gloucester Harbor. She serves as an educational platform for all of Maritime Gloucester's programming.
Schooner Isabella: Commissioned in 2005 and built by Harold Burnham she is the newest in the Maritime Heritage Charters fleet. Harold based her on versions of schooners he had seen in Fitz Henry Lane's paintings. Our Historian Justin thinks she looks like a halibut schooner. She offers Private Charter sailing for up to 6 passengers.
Sail Calendar & Tickets
Public Sail tickets are posted online two weeks in advance and we frequently add addtional sails based on demand. Our public sail schedule is subject to change until a ticket is purchased. Please check back on our website two weeks before your desired sail date for updated availabilities If a sail is not listed on the calendar it is sold out and no longer available for purchase.
